All you need is a road, a track, or a sidewalk. Also, it takes training and experience to be able to come up with a quality fitness program – and that’s something that most people do not have. Hybrid uses programming that engages all of the 10 General Physical Skills. In addition, there is a coach there at all times. Not only to provide the workout for you, but to ensure that you are doing the movements properly.
